Good for you...some people never realize that they're actually entitled to ENJOY their job. Keep us posted on how Satan responds to the resignation!

Yay! I completely understand what you mean. When I was still working I'd managed to convince myself that I'd have the same problems if I worked elsewhere and that no one REALLY likes their job. LIES...all lies!!! It's remarkable, the things we tell ourselves to avoid change. I'm ecstatic for you. =)

That's fantastic. Evil employers don't deserve to have decent employees. Peace of mind is far more valuable than a big paycheck. I really hope you get the happy job!

Baby, go for it!!!! Do you know how HARD it is to find a working environment like the one you just experienced??? It makes me want to hop a plane and beg for a job at that office!!! I've worked in TWO places even remotely as resectful as that since I've been working!!! And your education will not be wasted in the long run, because people that respect your performance AND your basic human decency will also put that education to work for their company and for you in the form of promotions, etc. So grab that bull by the horns and hop on!

As long as it's not the Grass Is Greener syndrome.
